Spanish Air Force "Ejercito del Aire"

 
 Three dozen former USAFE F-4C were the first
 Spanish AF Phantoms, later augmented by four 
 additional USAF F-4Cs equipping two fighter sqns.

 Initially four ex-USAF RF-4Cs were used to form 
 a reconnaissance flight which was boosted with 
 eight former US ANG RF-4Cs. Another six US ANG
 RF-4Cs brought the recce flight to squadron 
 status.
