LAS VEGAS --(Business Wire)-- Feb. 12, 2004 Concord Camera Corp. ("Concord") (Nasdaq:LENS), a leader in high-quality low-priced digital cameras, today announced at Photo Marketing Association (PMA) four exciting and affordable VGA and 1 Megapixel digital cameras, the Concord Eye-Q Splash, Concord Eye-Q 1200, Concord Eye-Q 640 and Concord Eye-Q 1000 priced at $39.99-$69.99 SRP. These new cameras are perfect entry-level inexpensive digital cameras for college students, web surfers, and telecommuters. Each camera has 3 built-in capabilities: web camera, still image camera, and short movie camera.
Web camera

The Concord Eye-Q line of VGA and 1 Megapixel digital cameras are great web cameras. Since image resolution is user selectable, the photo size can be adjusted depending on the user's and recipient's modem speed -- great for teenagers that love to send 'instant messages' with slow dial-up modems, and business net meetings and teleconferences, when image transmission time is crucial. Compact, with all cameras less than 4.5 inches, the cameras fit perfectly on top of your computer and can be carried everywhere you go. For photo blogs and friendship website postings, most models are equipped with a 10 second self-timer to take fast and convenient self-portraits.

Still Camera

The Concord Eye-Q cameras take the thinking out of operating a digital camera -- just point and shoot. Low-cost and easy to use, they offer automatic exposure and white balance. The cameras use standard easily-accessible AA or AAA batteries and automatically power off after a period of inactivity to save battery life. With 8-16 MB of internal memory for image storage (depending on the model), users can store in the camera 20 to over 300 pictures depending on the modes selected, perfect for grandparents or newcomers with little digital camera experience.

Movie Camera

For the budding movie director, the Concord Eye-Q cameras take short movies. After creation, movies can be emailed to friends or viewed on a computer.

The Concord Eye-Q range of VGA digital cameras includes the Concord Eye-Q 1200 and Concord Eye-Q 640, both with an SRP of $39.99 and the Concord Eye-Q Splash priced with an SRP of $49.99. The Concord Eye-Q Splash is a VGA waterproof digital camera, perfect for photography down to a depth of 10ft. or for outdoor photography in rain, snow or a day at the beach. It includes a strobe and detachable light-weight waterproof housing. The Concord Eye-Q 1000 is a 1 Megapixel digital camera featuring 16MB internal memory, macro mode, and a camera stand for an SRP of $69.99. It prints excellent quality photos up to 4" x 6".

The Concord Eye-Q cameras come complete with a CD-ROM including driver and photo editing software, USB cable, strap, user's guide and batteries and are expected to be available the first quarter of 2004. For more information, see the Concord Camera Corp. web site
