Monty’s evolved to include an outdoors-casual restaurant and bar known, as Monty’s raw bar. This spectacular addition sits next to the picturesque yacht filled marina and Monty’s Stone Crab Restaurant. With these two great venues at one location, Monty’s in the Grove became a popular dining and gathering place for locals and tourists alike.A third restaurant opened as Monty’s Stone Crab in Boca Raton in 1991, and in 1996 the success was again duplicated with another upscale restaurant and raw bar at the Miami Beach Marina.
