Tombstone hosts daily re-creations of the infamous O.K. Corral shootout. Tour an old
copper mine near the Mexican border in Bisbee, where steep hillside streets and Victorian
buildings evoke the mining boom days.Drive or hike past weirdly shaped rock formations in
the Chiricahua Mountains and tour Kartchner Caverns, one of the world's greatest living
caves (reserve well in advance). Or relax by the KOA pool, perhaps after 18 holes on the
new San Pedro Golf Course nearby. Potluck and burger get-togethers greet KOA guests on
alternate weekends in winter.

Located in beautiful southeast Arizona, Butterfield RV Resort is specifically designed to
be attractive to a wide segment of the RV market. The resort consists of 173 landscaped RV
spaces with full utility hookups. 50 landscaped spaces are approximately 40 feet wide by
50 feet deep and are ideal for long term Park Model units and monthly or annual renters
desiring a bit more room. Another 123 landscaped spaces are at least 30 feet wide by at
least 50 feet deep, 120 spaces sport their own picnic tables and there are 24 pull-thru RV
spaces. All internal roads are 28 feet wide, fully paved and curbed (drive-over type).
Every RV space has direct plug-in availability for 20, 30 and 50 amp electrical circuits.
Butterfield RV Resort is located immediately south of the Butterfield Shopping Plaza and
is connected by a walking bridge. The shopping center is situated on the main thoroughfare
of Benson and provides a wide range of shopping for our RVers. It consists of a Safeway
Super Market, Ace Hardware, Thrift Store, Western Wear Store, Bank, Video Store, Radio
Shack, Postal Annex+, Jewelry Store, Chinese Restaurant, Beauty Salon, Manicure Shop,
Laundromat, Women's Fashion Store, Wendy's and more. Directly to the west of Butterfield
RV Resort is the US Post Office, as well as another shopping area. Less than one block
south of Butterfield's main gate is Benson's hospital. All of this is within a 3 minute
walk from the resort.
