Nestled in the Mule Mountains of Southeastern Arizona in the charming turn-of-the-century

monsoon rains during July and August that move up from the nearby state of Sonora, Mexico,
just eight miles away. Spring and fall offer the most temperature weather.

In 1982 the old hotel underwent a Certified Historic Restoration, becoming The Bisbee Inn
bed and breakfast. When it changed hands in 1996 and a new round of renovations took
place. Period carpeting and additional antique furniture complement the original oak
dressers. The walls have been decorated with old maps, photos and other pictures
reflecting the hotel's early days and times and sixteen rooms were remodeled to include
private baths. Again under new (feminine) ownership, Hotel La More continues to offer
clean, quaint, cozy rooms and breakfast is still included within the price of the
room.Designated by Tucson Lifestyle magazine as "one of the most romantic getaways in
Arizona," Hotel La More/The Bisbee Inn was also voted "Best Bed and
Breakfast" for two years running in the "Best of Bisbee" contested hosted
by the Bisbee News. It remains the second largest hostelry in Bisbee.

Escapes, and Sunset, Arizona Highways, and Biz AZmagazines.School House Inn is a historic
brick school built in 1918 at the height of Bisbee's mining days. Located high in the west
end of Tombstone Canyon, in a scenic Old Bisbee neighborhood, the inn is a perfect
getaway. Originally built as Garfield School to accommodate grades one through four in
four large classrooms, the school was converted into apartments in the 1940's. In 1989, it
became a Bed and Breakfast Inn. Copies of the original school blueprints can be viewed in
the main stairway.
