The Inn at Rancho Sonora is an original 1930's adobe guest ranch with private entrances
and baths recently renovated to accommodate overnight visitors searching for lodging in an
authentic Southwestern atmosphere.Each guest room has been completely renovated and
decorated with a different motif ranging from Western cowboy to traditional. The new
owners have preserved the original concept while including televisions, mission tiled
baths, locally handcrafted beds, luxurious linens, new dual-paned windows and individual
heating and air conditioning. Guests ranging from cowboys to urbanites, winter visitors to
locals, will feel comfortably at ease in this rustic, but elegant environment. Rancho
Sonora is privately located amidst towering saguaro cactus and native vegetation of the
Sonoran Desert, as well as unique cactus and plantings brought in from outlying areas.
Visitors will discover resident cottontails, quail and numerous birds as they stroll the
grounds. The renowned Arizona sunsets are a spectacle in themselves, but evening may also
bring sightings of javelina, coyotes, enormous owls and other nocturnal creatures. As in
days of old, the enclosed mission-like courtyard keeps any unwelcome guests a safe
distance away.
